Ontology of Artificial Nature: Focusing on the Four Elements of Basis and Stratum
인공자연 존재론 연구 — 기저와 기층의 4원소를 중심으로 —
Editorial synopsis
This paper develops Artificial Nature as an ontological framework for technological environments. It distinguishes the material and infrastructural basis of matter, energy, data, and networks from the operative layer of information, algorithms, interfaces, and experience. Drawing on Bhaskar and Deleuze and Guattari, Lee examines how platforms organize these layers. A study of Naver Series considers the possibilities of dialogic resonance alongside the capture of affective emergence within algorithmic designs.
